Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
This refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For a physical product to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards / Discount codes
- Downloadable products
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Medium which has been opened. This includes but is not limited to: CD, DVD, USB drives that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent giving notice that the return was received. A second email will be sent notifying of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Debit card and credit cards usually take 7-10 business days to process refunds.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank / card account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email here.
Gifts
If the item was marked/noted as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about the item return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, send an email here.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the one returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund, if a refund is received.
Depending on in receiving address, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach its destination may vary.
If returning more expensive items, may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is not guarantee that return item will be received..
